  • Absolutely. Our classes welcome all levels, with modifications provided so everyone can train comfortably and confidently.

  • Our classes are open to everyone! All levels, all genders and all abilities.. Some classes, such as Mummy & Me and Low-Intensity Conditioning, are female-only to provide a comfortable and supportive environment. The other classes are open to mixed groups supporting community growth.

  • At My Fitness, we cater to everyone, whether you’re just starting out, getting back into your fitness journey or looking to push your limits. Our classes range from heated sessions and high-intensity HIIT workouts to energizing step classes. We focus on making fitness fun and innovative, offering workouts that are far from the usual gym, so you’ll never get bored while getting results… Plus, we have the best community!

  • Our memberships come in 8-class, 12-class, and unlimited monthly options, giving you the flexibility to book the spaces you need. Classes don’t roll over, and once your 28-day period ends, any unused sessions expire. If you can’t make a class provide notice 24 hours in advance to reschedule, after that, the class is considered missed.

  • Yes! You can secure any class and pay cash on arrival, just send us a quick DM to secure your space in advance. Make sure the class isn’t sold out, and you’re good to go.
