Shipping
We offer free UK shipping on all orders. If your item is in stock, estimated dispatch is within 48 hours, with standard delivery taking 5–7 working days.
Preorders
Items marked “Preorder” close every Sunday at 11:59pm. We place our supplier order every Monday morning, and your 2-3 weeks of processing starts from then. Depending on when you order, your total wait could be up to 5 weeks, including delivery. If there’s any chance of a delay, we’ll keep you updated.
Mixed orders are dispatched once the preorder item is ready, unless you place separate orders or choose collection or local delivery for the items in stock.
Care Instructions
Wash inside out to protect logos and prints.
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle (30°C max) with similar colours. Wash dark new items separately at first.
Use mild detergent. No fabric softener, bleach or harsh stain removers.
Avoid washing with zips, Velcro or denim.
Don’t tumble dry. Dry flat or hang away from direct heat and sunlight.
Don’t iron directly on logos or prints. If needed, iron inside out on low heat.
Returns & Exchanges
If there's an issue with your item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. To help us resolve things quickly, please include photos or other evidence clearly showing the problem (e.g. damage, fault, or incorrect item received).
Once we've reviewed the evidence, we may offer an exchange in the first instance. If an exchange isn't possible or suitable, we'll issue a refund.
If the item is faulty or the issue is our error, we'll cover the cost of return postage. If you're returning an item for another reason, return postage is the customer's responsibility.
