Shipping
We offer free UK shipping on all orders. If your item is in stock, estimated dispatch is within 48 hours, with standard delivery taking 5–7 working days.
Preorders
For preorder items, please allow 2–3 weeks for processing before dispatch, meaning wait time could be up to 4 weeks. If there's any chance of a delay, we'll keep you updated.
Returns & Exchanges
If there's an issue with your item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. To help us resolve things quickly, please include photos or other evidence clearly showing the problem (e.g. damage, fault, or incorrect item received).
Once we've reviewed the evidence, we may offer an exchange in the first instance. If an exchange isn't possible or suitable, we'll issue a refund.
If the item is faulty or the issue is our error, we'll cover the cost of return postage. If you're returning an item for another reason, return postage is the customer's responsibility.
